The opening ceremony will feature a number of short speeches in German and English.
The host will be Nenad Bach, the 1st chairman of PingPongParkinson international, who will not only speak. It is planned that the already deceased participants of the previous three World Championships will also be remembered.
To liven up the programme, the Upper Austrian singer Romana Stieger from Linz will perform a few songs in between. The musician was born in 1981 in Steyr into a musical family and learned piano, guitar and flute in various music schools and with private music teachers. She has 25 years of stage experience with various music projects in Austria and works as a voice therapist in her own practice.
