HOTEL RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
For the 5th PPP WC 2024, we have reserved the entire Thermana Laško hotel. The hotel is
located 600 m away from the venue (8 minutes on foot). (more at www.thermana.si).
Special offers (red prices) are valid ONLY for registered participants with paid
registration fee until 06/16/2024
Registrations will be accepted based on the completed form, which is part of this notification (at the
bottom). After payment verification, we will forward your registration to the hotel, which will then
send you an invoice and payment terms to your email.
- payment transfer of 30% upon reservation,
- transfer 70% of the reservation one week before the event, i.e. by 06.10.2024
When choosing the type of room (BB, HB, or FB), please bear in mind that there is
no restaurant or buffet with food available on the premises.
For one competitor, you can only book one room (single, double, or triple). An accompanying person is someone who assists the competitor during the competition. Booking for all other accompanying persons at Thermana will open on June 16, 2024, for the remaining rooms at regular prices.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- tourist tax: € 2,50/person/night (mandatory)
- registration fee: € 2,00/person/stay (mandatory),
- entry to saunas: € 12,00/person/day-SPECIAL OFFER
- additional lunch/dinner: € 23,00 /person (we offer lunch for a minimum of 25 people),
- late departure/early arrival: € 50,00/room,
- dogs up to 9kg are allowed in Hotel Thermana. The price for a dog is € 30,00/day
SMOKING IN THE ROOMS IS PROHIBITED!
TERMS OF CANCELLATION:
- A person or group can cancel accommodation due to force majeure or health reasons and
Thermane d.o.o. returns the amount paid. The cancellation must be made one week before the
event, i.e. by 06.10.2024.
EARLY DEPARTURES FROM SCHEDULED:
In case of an early departure for unjustified reasons, the room will be charged for the entire stay,
confirmed at the time of booking. The room must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
LATE DEPARTURES/EARLY ARRIVALS:
If you plan to leave the hotel late (until 6:00 p.m.) or arrive early (before 2:00 p.m.), you must
notify us at the time of booking. If you decide to do this later, we can only guarantee you this.
MEALS IN THE HOTEL:
Meals are provided at the time specified:
breakfast: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.;
lunch: 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. and
dinner: 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
PLAYERS PARTY:
For persons who have HB paid for that day, bed and breakfast will be charged for them.
For persons who have FB, half board will be charged for that day.

Laško is accessible by train on route Ljubljana-Maribor. The railway station is close to the hotel. A shuttle service from the train station to the hotel will be arranged upon request.
