On the first day of the registration period, 366 people had already registered on the registration platform. It is expected that the tournament, with its 600 places, will soon be fully booked. Therefore, no one should put off registering (and paying) until the last minute.
Once you have paid your invoice in full, you will be marked as “paid” in the registration system after your payment has been verified, and the system will then send you an automatic email, which you can use to register your doubles and mixed doubles partners later.
On the first day, PPP Germany had already confirmed receipt of payment from 138 of the 366 registered players, who are now listed as accepted participants in the player list on the Internet: https://www.ttm.co.at/pppwc2026/participants.
Since the final classification will not be made by the tournament management until mid-August, all players have initially been classified in singles, doubles, and mixed doubles in class “X” for “undetermined.” In this respect, the abbreviations mean MSCX = Men’s Singles Class X, WSCX = Women’s Singles Class X, MDCX = Men’s Doubles Class X, WDCX = Women’s Doubles Class X, XDCX = Mixed Doubles Class X. The X will be replaced later by the numbers 1, 2, or 3 after classification has been completed.
And because the basic classes of all players, which are decisive for the classification in doubles and mixed doubles, are only determined at that point, it is not yet possible to register for doubles or mixed doubles in the system. This function will only be available from September 6 to 16, 2026, when the doubles registrations are processed. However, this requires a password, which every player who has been set to “paid” will receive from the system. Therefore, please save this password carefully, as it will be needed later.
