PROCEDURE OF REGISTRATION

How to register for the PingPongParkinson World Championships.

1. Download the self-assessment form.
2. Make self-assessment truthfully and completely.
3. Start the registration and fill in all the fields completely.

   >> IMPORTANT!!! DON’T USE A TRANSLATOR <<

4. Complete the registration.
5. No need to send a Copy of passport, photograph and diagnosis certificate if you already played a PPP World championship.
6. pay the entry fee.
