The first participant information pack has been sent out
With just under a month to go before the registration deadline, the first participant information pack was sent out today to the 843 participants who have registered so far. The letter specifically asks them to submit a certificate confirming their Parkinson’s disease, if they have not already done so, and to complete the self-assessment questionnaire regarding their table tennis experience, if they do not have a TTR rating. Information on other upcoming matters has been provided in advance; these will be set out in more detail in the next circular in mid-August.
Anyone who registers in the meantime will receive the circular at a later date.
Should any registered players not have received the circular, it may be because it has ended up in the spam folder on the recipient’s computer. Anyone who cannot find it there should please contact competition manager Hilmar Heinrichmeyer (hmeyer@ttvn.de) so that in such cases a second attempt can be made to send it.
